Roasted Salted Radish and Basil

This is the perfect, addictive healthiest snack ever…and it only takes 15 minutes to make! They are juicy and moist on the inside and have bite, whilst providing some salty crispiness to satisfy our tastebuds!


Preparation time: 15 minutes (including cooking time)


Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 200g Radish
  • Sea Salt
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees celsius
  2. Place the radish on a tray and sprinkle with the salt and tear the basil leaves over
  3. Toss in the oil
  4. Roast for 12 minutes
  5. Enjoy my Little Peas!
